Thinking of pirating Camp Takota? Circumstances preventing you from buying the movie? Just want to see what all the hype is about? (And trust me, all the cool kids already bought this movie and have watched it 1,000 times. You have some catching up to do.) Then it could be your lucky day!
I bought a second copy of Camp Takota because it was included in a care package that I bought post-release, and I want to give it away to someone who may be thinking of pirating the movie/can’t spend money on the film itself. I already have my own copy, anyway. Cause come on guys, Grace, Hannah, Mamrie, and SO MANY OTHER PEOPLE put an incredible amount of time, effort, and resources into bringing this movie to life and we should support their endeavors. JUST DON’T BE THAT PERSON.
I’ve already spent the money and you could be the lucky recipient.
So, what do you have to do? Like or reblog this post before Wednesday, February 26th by 10 AM, EST, and I will choose a lucky winner at random. Make sure that you have your ask open so that, if you win, I can contact you and give you your prize.
What you’ll get if you win:
- Your own, ALREADY PURCHASED, personal copy of Camp Takota
- Top Bunk: The Making of Camp Takota (Documentary)
What are you waiting for? Get to it!
"I just want to be me… But like a happy version." (x)
"Ouch. Sorry, I’m just making sure that all of this is really happening right now." (x)
A JJ-centric one-shot. It’s shitty because I wrote it in a notebook during class, but I figured I’d get it out there because I’ll never find the motivation to improve it. (YOLO) SO YEAH. JJ’s 11. Takes place in the aftermath of her sister’s death. Read at your own discretion. TW: Self-harm.
